With the support of the Success through the Arts Foundation, the innovative arts programming at View Park Prep and Washington Prep High School have inspired and transformed the lives of thousands of students living in one of the most economically depressed communities in the country; South Central Los Angeles. In an area of the Los Angeles Unified School District where the average graduation rate is approximately 30%, over 90% of the students regularly participating in the performing arts and 99% of all students participating in theSuccess through the Arts Foundation have graduated high school and gone on to attend college.
